Stephen M. Rice, CLU®, ChFC®, CAP™

Steve Rice has more than 30 years of financial advisory experience.
A widely regarded professional in financial planning, Steve has been a featured speaker at more than 150 meetings across the country, has written articles for numerous financial and consumer publications, and appeared on local television shows to discuss various financial topics.
Steve is a Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), a Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC®) and a Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP™).
Steve is also a leader within the financial services industry.  He is a Past President for both the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors – Silicon Valley and the San Jose Chapter of the Society of Financial Service Professionals.  He is also a Past President of the Santa Clara County Estate Planning Council and Past President of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors – California.
In his community, Steve serves on the Los Gatos Town Council.  He has previously served on the Town’s Planning Commission, the General Plan Committee, the Historic Preservation Committee and several other Town and local civic committees and the Santa Clara Country Roads Commission.  Steve is also Past President of the Rotary Club of Los Gatos and the Los Gatos Museum Association.  He is also a past Rotary Assistant District Governor.
Steve lives in Los Gatos with his wife, Linda, and sons, Stephen and Brian.  Steve and Linda enjoy golf, travel and spending time with their sons.

Jan Hundrieser – Office Manager, Investment Support Specialist

Jan joined Steve in January, 2007.  She has over 25 years of experience in accounting and finance in a variety of roles ranging from self-employment to finance department supervisor to office manager.  She worked for seven years in a junior high school in both administrative and finance supervisory roles.
Jan’s role as Team Manager encompasses all phases of customer service and satisfaction, overseeing work processes and client coordination and follow-up.  She is also a licensed Notary.
In her spare time, Jan is active in her local church.  She has served as a member of the Missions Board for seven years, and is involved in the annual Christmas and Patriotic performances.  Jan also plays on a women’s softball team.
Jan has been married to her husband, Dale, for 25 years.  They have two grown daughters, Kendall and Dayna.  They all enjoy camping, fishing and travelling as a family.

Denise Silberman - Insurance Support Specialist

Denise joined Steve in June of 1998, starting as part-time support.  After six months, Denise became a full-time Team Support Specialist, and in 1999, she received her insurance license.
Aside from Denise`s roles of administration and client support, the majority of her time is spent submitting insurance applications and servicing existing clients` insurance policies.
Denise got married in December, 2010 and lives in Gilroy, with her husband Mark and daughter, Tess.  In her spare time, Denise rides and trains “Cutting” horses.  She is an accomplished rider, and has won many competitions riding the horses she has trained.
